• Scraped Data: Business information extracted from Google Maps as requested by you. This data is publicly available information.

3. Data Retention

Scraped business data is retained for 30 days from extraction, after which it is automatically and permanently deleted. Account information is retained as long as your account is active. Usage logs and analytics data are retained for up to 12 months for service improvement purposes.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS/SSL), hashed passwords, and secure server infrastructure. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

• With your explicit consent
• To comply with legal obligations or court orders
• To protect our rights, safety, or property

6. Scraped Data and Third-Party Privacy

The business data extracted through Dev Scraper is publicly available on Google Maps. We do not scrape private or non-public information. You are responsible for using scraped data in compliance with applicable privacy laws, including GDPR and CCPA. If you use scraped data for outreach, you must comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other relevant anti-spam and privacy regulations.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data stored by the Service
• Request correction of inaccurate personal data
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Export your scraped data before the retention period expires
• Opt out of non-essential communications

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings. Upon account deletion, we will permanently remove your account information, scrape history, and all stored data within 7 business days. This action is irreversible. Anonymized usage statistics may be retained for analytics purposes.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. Analytics data is collected through server-side methods that do not require cookies.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
